Happy Birthday - Bratt
Can you help me find a map?

Years ago (I have no idea how many) I downloaded a set of maps in jpg, that were all for an adventure called Armistice.

There were a total of seven maps, some marked and some unmarked. For years, I've been planning to use the overland, unmarked map for an adventure that has been banging around in my head.

So I finally decided to get to work on it, and I went to open the map file. It's corrupted! The other six related maps are just fine, but the one I really want is damaged.

Both Wil and I have googled everything we can think of, but we can't find this adventure or this set of maps anywhere. But perhaps if I post some of them, it will ring a bell with one of you.

There's this one, which also comes in an unlabeled version.

And this cave map, which also comes in an unlabled version.

And finally, there's this one:
The unlabeled version of this is the one that's damaged, and of course it's the one I really want.

Has anyone ever seen these before? Do you know where I can find them, especially the unlabeled version of the last map above?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You could try and repair the corrupted file.

Here's some freeware I found when googling corrupt jpeg. I've never used it, so don't know how good it is.

I'm not really comfortable downloading executable files about which I know nothing. Repairing the file isn't a bad idea, but I think I'd want to use a program that that someone recommends.

Very sensible idea

The link was from a forum post I found via google. It was recommended by one of the posters, but I have no idea who the poster is.

If it's this "Armistice", then the PDF is $5. I assume the images are in there.

Edit: Yeah, no luck finding the map. But I'm now sure that that is the adventure in question. I never got Dungeon, but if you know anybody who was subscribed in 2005. . .

Dude, you're a genius. Dungeon 84 would have been from early 2001. I started subscribing to Dungeon with issue 86, unfortunately.

But as I recall, the maps used to be available on the WotC website. They were there for years after Paizo took over the magazines, but you had to know the direct links. I wonder if they're still there?

Perhaps I'll go play with the Wayback Machine....

Ah, sorry. The review date misled me.

Serious lack of foresight on your part.

Even if you can't find it on the WotC site, hopefully having the source will help with other searches. Good luck.
