I've got strands of red hair hidden and mixed in with all the black. They are hard to see, especially since they mostly went grey in my late 30's.

One time I was lifting with 400+ pounds on my back and my spotter said 'You have red hair!' and then yanked out the one he found. I bounced that weight off the squat rack in my haste to get a hold of him. And got laghed and laughed at. I must have looked rediculous.

I must have missed the joke, but I'm unaware of any heraldric connection beyond the Latin roots and the old urban legend about the Devil and lefties.
