So what's the plan, then? Is this gonna be the test call, where we make sure everything works? I think, for a successful 'cast, there needs to be some scripting or agenda.

If we're gonna do the interviews with the characters, that definately needs scripting.

I agree. I think for this first time, we'll both make sure everything is working right, and have a more generic discussion about how a Pbp works, what unique challenges it has compared to face to face, what unique benefits, etc.

If everything goes really well, then I'll come up with an agenda for in character interviews or whatever.

There's really too much cool stuff to do just one Hobocaust, so I'm not going to try and squeeze everything into one and make it suffer.

Well, now I've officially announced that we're doing this on my blog. So we're committed, because all of the two people who read my blog will be up in arms if I don't follow through.

Also: thinking a few days ahead (which is a real challenge for me, honestly)---once we've got this recorded and edited, does anyone have a place to host this? All of my webspace is severely limited, and I don't think hosting podcasts is something that I can do with it.
