    OK, I got a response from Rich and he won't be able to return to the game in the forseeable future. He has asked to write Karthus out of the story.

    Sorry about the lack of posting, and having to drop the game. I know I told Queenie the other day that someone else could play him, but I have had second thoughts. I'd rather Karthus not be played by someone new, as I put a fair bit of work into his personality and such. If you want to keep him around as an NPC, thats fine, but I'd rather not hand him over to someone new. And who knows, maybe once work settles back down I'll come begging on my hands and knees to be let back into the game...

    No need to apologize dude, I understand. Life gets busy and there are many things more important than a PBP game. Whenever you free yourself up from those things you let me know if you still want to play and we'll have Karthus right back in the game.

    Looks good... but shouldn't the attack bonus with the kukri be a +4 rather than a +5? I understand +5 for the Dwarven Waraxe because of weapon focus, but don't see it for the kukri. As far as I can tell everything else looks good.

    Your correct, I was copying from another sheet and didn't notice. I have edited it. please tell me if you see any more mistakes

    OK folks, Rich has asked to be taken out of the PBP. I will be removing Karthus from the party now that we are not in the middle of an encounter. My question to all of you is do you want me to try and recruit another player to take his place or do you want to continue with 4. You do have a classic party make up with a cleric, rogue, fighter, sorcerer so you have all the bases covered, but I am sure another sword would come in handy. Let me know what you think.

    Yes, I think we need another sword - at least someone who can effectively use one like a barbarian or even cleric wouldn't hurt.

    heh... enough people expressed interest that I am actually running a second instance of this game. So Barrowwight has joined a new group that is picking up the adventure from the beginning.

    Hey DK - can you explain how in your game you let people go "out of initiative" in combat? How you keep your game moving and speed things up?
