    2) What is the name for the parliament in Israel? Answered

    The Knesset. It has 120 members who are elected every four years.


    3) Before they were the Oklahoma City Thunder, what name did the basketball team play under?

    The Seattle SuperSonics. The team relocated ito OKC in 2008.

    1. My guess is that it's a residue of Dutch colonial settlements and place names, kind of like Sputen Duyvill and the Tappan Zee. Perhaps there was some kind of earlier structure there, an ancient one, that was honored in the naming of the new structure. If memory serves, there is also a novel with that name as the title, although I haven't read it and I couldn't tell you what came first, novel or connector.

    But, then again, what do I know? (I looked it up just now and I'm 100% wrong).

    A missed opportunity to call it the Outerbridge Bridge (or make two: the Inner Outerbridge Bridge and the Outer Outerbridge Bridge)
