    Generally, they're not no-ID laws. It's that they don't have stop and identify laws. But NB's right, more than half of the states in the US have them. Though they don't necessarily mean you have to carry ID, you just have to identify yourself.

    Over half of the US has 'stop and identify' laws.
    Pleasantly surprised to see Idaho also opted out. Though you do learn the wisdom of knowing to ask "Am I free to go?" pretty soon if you're involved in any way with barter-faire type culture.
    News I bring;
    Bells the stag, winter snow
    Summer is past
    Wind high and cold
    Low the sun, short its course
    Seas run strong;
    The russet bracken its shape is lost
    Wild goose raises wanton cry
    Cold lays hold on wings of bird
    Time of ice
    This I heard.

    Yep. An officer buddy of mine once said that when people do that sort of thing, the cops just keep them there and calls for dogs to sniff the car, basically dragging things out and making things miserable for the person.

    Please. Just because we allow free speech, even when it's factually incorrect and morally indefensible, doesn't mean it's fascism. Kind of the reverse, really. I suppose you can say something about the number of votes the moron got, but it's hardly indicative of fascism. Stupidity, yes. Fascism, no.

    Noteworthy that the GOP denounced him and had no control over him getting the nomination. “As always, California Republicans reject anti-Semitism, and all forms of religious bigotry, in the harshest terms possible,” the statement read. “We reject John Fitzgerald’s campaign and encourage all voters to do the same.”

    Unfortunately, a great many, probably most people, just vote D or R without looking into the candidate or paying attention to things like that. The number of votes he got shows ignorance in voters, not racism.

    Funny how "by coincidence" you have all these Nazis running for the Republican party. Must because because of how intolerant to Nazis Democrats are. Damn those intolerant Democrats!
    Signature too big and pornographic. Next offense will be a ban.
